As part of our commitment to bring art education into the community, a Youth Art or Budding Artist Competition is integrated within each of the Sarasota Open Air Fine Art Shows outdoors at Phillippi Estate Park. All students in grades K-8 or 6-12 or ages 5-13 or 9-19 are encouraged to enter his/her artwork that is publicly displayed within the art shows. This unique and one-of-a-kind program exposes students to the rules and entrepreneurship opportunity of doing art shows for a living.
